Choose a Signature Bowl or Build Your Own Bowl (BYOB) with our selection of fresh ingredients

At Sweetfin Poké the choice is yours to make our signature bowls your own. Choose from a selection of bases, fish and vegetarian toppings and a wide variety of add-ons for an endless combination of tastes and flavor profiles. Whether you're Pescatarian, Paleo or prefer your bowls vegan or gluten free there's a combination that will be just right for your palate.

1. Base It

Our three bases cover all the bases for the foundation of your bowl. Our green BAMBOO RICE  is a short-grain rice that has been milled with bamboo juice - not only is it as flavorful and textural as sushi rice - but it is loaded with essential B vitamins. Our KELP NOODLE - CUCUMBER SLAW is extremely low-carb, gluten free and delicious while our CITRUS - KALE salad combines the nutrient superpower of Kale with an orange vinaigrette for a dash of Vitamin C.

2. Top It

We started with Yellowfin TUNA, also known as Ahi, and continued on with SALMON, SNAPPER and ALBACORE. Our fish is sourced from all over the world - and will vary with seasonality. Our fish is caught responsibly and sustainably to ensure maximum quality with a minimum environmental impact.

3. Finish It

Choose from a selection of our chef created sauces: the CLASSIC for a traditional finish, CREAMY TOGARASHI for a little bit of sweet heat, YUZU KOSHO for a citrus spice, ponzu lime for something a little sweet and SRIRACHA PONZU for our twist on your favorite sauce.

Our wide variety of ADD-ONS can add a crunch, a bite, or even some sweetness to your signature bowl. Fresh produce - like avocado, seaweed and jalapeño - is complemented by wasabi-toasted coconut flakes, carrots and pickled shiitake mushrooms. They're so addicting we wouldn't blame you for wanting a whole bowl.

Complete your meal with our selection of artisan chips and teas

Our taro chips are the perfect accompaniment to any bowl. Our chips are cut thin, cooked to perfection and seasoned with wasabi furikake - for a little bit of spice and whole lot of umami.

Our housemade iced teas combine the antioxidant combatting power of green, white and jasmine teas with an infusion of seasonal fresh fruit and herbs. No sugar is added, and it doesn't have to be, because this rotating medley of ingredients packs a flavor punch sure to satiate any thirst. The same applies to our house infused coconut water with an added bonus of electrolytes for ultimate hydration.

At Sweetfin our philosophy is from "Pole to Bowl" ™. That means that in sourcing our fish we aim to use the highest-quality and most sustainable raw fish we can find while still maintaining a reasonable price point.

Albacore - Origin: Fiji

Our Albacore is wild, line-caught off the Fijian Islands. Fiji is a signatory to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC) which was established for the conservation and management of highly migratory fish stocks in the region. Our Fijian Albacore is MSC certified and there is virtually zero "non-fish" bycatch caused by the fishing methods.

Scottish Salmon - Origin: Faroe Islands, Northwest Scotland

Our Scottish Salmon is responsibly farmed from feed to production. The Salmon feed includes no antibiotics, growth hormones, poultry or mammalian feed. The Salmon has a natural diet and is high in Omega 3 fatty acids. Low stocking densities allow the fish to grow naturally, producing a quality of farmed salmon that is robust and healthy.

Tai Snapper - Origin: New Zealand

Our Snapper is wild, line-caught and is governed by the Quota Management System which implements the yearly catch limits for every fish stock in the region and ensures long-term sustainability.

Yellowfin Tuna - Origin: Kiribati, Western Pacific Ocean

Our Yellowfin Tuna is wild, long-line caught in the Western Pacific Ocean.
